About the Role
To prevent fraud losses on credit card accounts.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Review account/application/report information to determine if fraud against the cardholder or the Bank has occurred.
  • Identify, call, and correspond with cardholders and Banks concerning payments and charges.
  • Review information obtained from other departments about suspicious activity.
  • Perform appropriate account maintenance to ensure accurate monetary account data.
  • Conduct follow-up procedures on reports to ensure timeliness standards are met.
  • Take measures to reduce potential risk to the bank, such as suspending account privileges and requesting verification items.
  • Submits recommendations for account actions and, if necessary, send to supervisor for review and approval.
  • Provides support to other areas as volumes require, i.e. Correspondence, Security, and Mail Operations.
  • Assist in training new employees.
  • Ability to work in multiple systems to accurately detect and prevent fraud.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Must possess basic understanding of credit card system.
  • Combination of experience/education that would enable incumbent to meet essential functions and required competencies of the position.
  • Basic computer skills and competency of the English language.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to concentrate and work independently.
  • Attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Capacity to learn, adapt to change, and become proficient quickly.
  • Ability to handle stress, exercise self-control, adhere to company policies and procedures and uphold The PREMIER Way.

  • Shift differential pay of up to 20%
