Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and positive person to join our team as a full-time Flagpole Technician’s Assistant. Maximum Promotions is a small business in the heart of Sioux Falls whose goal is to build pride and community for our customers. We specialize in flags, flagpoles, banners, wearables and promotional items, with customers locally and nationally.

Position Summary:

Go on location with the Flagpole Technician to assist in setting up, installing, or repairing flagpoles. Help in maintaining inventory of tools, equipment and materials. Assist in other labor-intensive projects around the business.

Essential Functions:

  • Assisting the Flagpole Technician with installing or repairing flagpoles
  • Lifting and carrying heavy materials and tools
  • Frequent travel
  • Assisting in office, tools and inventory maintenance

Requirements:

• Ability to follow directions and instructions
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Ability to lift 60+ lbs.
• Positive attitude and work ethic
