Our Administrative Assistants provide a wide range of administrative and office support activities necessary to the efficient operation of our organization. You will provide support in our mailroom, answer inbound phone calls, assist with imaging documents, and provide general administrative support to our team.
If you have the ability to communicate effectively, to pay close attention to detail, and to provide world class customer service in everything you do, talk to us about our Administrative Assistant position. This position is a hybrid position meaning the successful candidate will be requested to work in the office in our Sioux Falls, SD office location as well as working from home (remotely). The successful candidate must reside in or around the Sioux Falls, SD area to travel into the office location when needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND OVERVIEW
- High School GED required, Bachelor’s Degree in business or related degree preferred
- 1-3 years of previous customer service and administrative support experience required
- Thorough knowledge of administrative and mailroom functions preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Driver’s license required, must be insurable
